At LILYGO®, we stand by the quality of our open-source hardware and IoT development boards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unmodified condition.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and include all accessories, cables, and documentation to ensure a valid return.
Ship to LILYGO
Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our engineers verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
